Date of Visit: February 2, 2025 I visited this salon for a haircut and opted for a layered cut. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. The hairstylist lacked basic skills and knowledge about hairstyling. Despite claiming to have two years of experience, she didn't know how to handle scissors properly. The haircut was not a layered cut as requested but ended up being uneven and poorly executed. Additionally, my mother received a hair coloring service, which was equally unsatisfactory. The stylist applied color only to the front section of the hair, completely neglecting the inner portions. After washing the hair and returning home, we noticed that the inner sections were still white, as the color had not been applied properly. Overall, the service was very poor, and the staff lacked fundamental training in salon procedures. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Before going for services do ask them the procedure first. I went for a spa, they didn't ask for water type for wash and massage was just 3 to 5 mins and steamer was not kept properly and finally there is no peaceful atmosphere. In between the services staffs were busy with their mobile phones. Not satisfied with staffs, and some persons looks really terrible and not polite.
