They Are Making US Wait For Much Time for Haircut. We Wanted Venkat to Cut out hair and we told them. They told that he will come late and so we asked another staff to cut hair. The Receptionist Went And Talked To Him And That We Out Other Staffs Client So He Said He Won't Cut. And Few Minutes Later, The Receptionist And The Staff Were Gone In To Their Rooms. I Was Disappointed. Venkat Bro Did His Job Good .

I went for waxing and it's was the worst ever I had in my life. Usually I will never check if there is a hair after waxing as the beauticians everywhere do good at the job. But this lady there was everywhere hair amd I had to guide her throughout. It took more than an hour to do just half leg wax. On top of that when they did my underarms **She burned my skin ** which is still burning. She put gel instead of oil which caused the burn and still there is hair in my underarms. U enter the parlour, There was hair everywhere as they had not cleaned it after haircut. Dont ever go there

I had an amazing experience at the salon today! The stylist ( Venkat ) really took the time to understand what I wanted and gave me the perfect cut. It's fresh, flattering, and super easy to style. I'm absolutely in love with my new look and can't wait to show it off!

Yazhini and Shweta bridal makeover was excellent , and both truly exceeded our expectations.They were patient, neat, and completely to the point. The final look was flawless and lasted all day. Highly recommended for bridal makeovers!

I would rate them 3.5 to 4 stars. They are still in the process of establishing themselves and improving their service. We took their pedicure and haircut services from Praveen and Venkat. They did a decent job, but there is definitely room for improvement. The staff could benefit from a bit more training, but for a city of this size, they are providing some of the best services available. However, the waiting area could be improved--adding a few more seats, books, or a TV would make the experience more comfortable for those waiting. One suggestion: don't push customers for additional services like facials or hair coloring, especially if it's their first visit and they've come just for a haircut. Overall, you have the potential to deliver even better service and grow your customer base. I wish you all the best and highly recommend others to try your services.
