Worst service, totally untrained staff experimenting with customers. Last time I went they pulled off a piece of my skin during waxing which has caused a discoloration. Better go to place where staff is well trained

I have been using their facilities for queit some time and i find them extremely professional. One of the best saloons compared to high standards.

Barbers are really nice and trim our hair according to our convenience. Spa care is done neatly :) Easily approchable since its located on the main road.

Citygent is the first high profile saloon in avadi poonamalle Road ..best service for affidable cost Iam using for the past 8 years ..excellent service ..ckean and good ambiance..visit and enjoy

They are from north indian and dont know how to cut not professionally doing their job very poor....and then said to review our shop in high rating and good comments..

Dont go there...they dont cut how you ask..a worker told me which will suit me??i know the haircut which would suit me.just cut as we instruct
