I visited this salon intending to get haircut. I even mentioned that I didn't have much time as I have an 8-month-old baby at home. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Both the manager and the employee were rude and sarcastic. Instead of understanding my request and helping me with the service I wanted, they kept trying to push me with their view and started speaking more sarcastically . It felt like a complete waste of time. I wasn't concerned about the price--what matters is being treated with respect and properly informed. Very unprofessional behavior.

I had a great experience at Green Trends! Sailaja mam, who attended to me was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She examined my hair for dandruff treatment and The hair spa was very relaxing and done with great care--I'm happy with the service.
