I recently visited Natural Saloon and was truly disappointed by my experience. I noticed that the manager was actively pressuring customers, including myself, to leave fake reviews. I was shocked to learn that the reviews I had seen online were not authentic but instead encouraged by the manager in exchange for discounts or incentives. This kind of practice is completely unethical and damages the credibility of the business. I expected a professional, honest atmosphere, but instead, I felt manipulated. As a customer, I should be able to share my genuine thoughts about the service I received, not forced into writing something that isn't true. If you're looking for a trustworthy place to get your beauty treatments, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The dishonesty and pressure to fabricate reviews is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this salon.

I felt extremely uncomfortable during my recent visit. The staff were overly forceful in pushing additional services, constantly telling me to choose this or that, even when I clearly mentioned that I had a limited budget. I was made to feel ashamed in front of others just because I didn't have enough cash on me. One of the staff members was especially aggressive, which left me feeling humiliated. It seems like unless a customer has more than 10,000 to spend, they're not treated with basic respect. I only came for a simple haircut, but the way I was looked at and treated made me feel cheap and disrespected. This was a very disappointing experience.

I'm writing this to share my extremely disappointing experience with Natural Salon, which I visited after seeing a promotion posted by Vaisanavi Nayak. Her content showcased a glamorous, professional service and influenced my decision to trust the salon for a hair color treatment. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite of what was advertised. False Expectations from the Promotion The promotion made it seem like I would receive a high-quality, luxurious hair color service. But when I arrived at the salon, the reality did not match the image. The staff seemed undertrained and rushed through the process, with no personal attention or care for hair safety. Poor Hair Coloring Experience I opted for a burgundy hair color, expecting a rich, vibrant tone. Instead, the application felt unprofessional. The product used had a strong chemical odor and made my hair sticky and greasy, something I've never experienced before with any salon-grade product. Harmful Effects and Product Quality Even after washing my hair every single day, the color kept staining my hands -- a clear sign of low-quality or incorrectly applied dye. Worse, the color faded entirely in just a week, leaving my hair dull and lifeless. This is not just bad service -- it's damaging to hair health. No Accountability or Support When I raised my concerns at the salon, I didn't receive any meaningful help or explanation. The staff seemed disinterested and unbothered. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not their priority. Misleading Paid Promotion It now feels very clear to me that this was just a paid collaboration, with no genuine endorsement or accountability. I feel misled by the influencer and disappointed that someone with a platform would promote such poor service without proper review. Final Thoughts This entire experience was a complete waste of time and money, and it left my hair in worse condition than before. I trusted the influencer's recommendation, but the result was damage, regret, and frustration. I strongly advise others NOT to visit Natural Salon. Do your own research and don't be swayed by flashy promotions -- especially those that are clearly paid partnerships.

He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offering great suggestions that suited my face shape and hair texture. The head massage was incredibly relaxing -- it helped relieve so much tension and left me feeling refreshed. Overall, I highly enjoyed the service Thank you!!

Great experience as always. I always come to this branch whenever I'm in India. Facil, hair spa,hair cut, pedicure. Everything is perfect. Even though it was late , she did everything patiently and thoroughly. Highly recommended.
