Zazz saloon has an great ambience. The interior is quite elegant and comfy. It maintains good standards which is on par like other saloon brands. The saloon is maintained hygiene and tidy. It is an unisex saloon. Stylish Prasanna gave me an awesome haircut and a sharp looking beard grooming. He was patient enough to make the service as perfect as possible. I had an excellent experience at the saloon. They will be able to serve as many as 4 clients at a time. All stylist are trained equally and professionally. They have variety of services to offer. There is an ample space for both cars and bikes.

Terrible Experience - Completely Unprofessional and Rude Staff I had the worst experience at this salon. I requested a front bangs haircut, but the stylist didn't even bother to ask about my preferred partition or hairstyle. The entire haircut was rushed and done within 5-10 minutes, and the outcome was absolutely terrible. On top of that, they quoted me 300 for the haircut and 500 for a hair wash, which I agreed to. However, when I checked their tariff chart, the actual prices were 299 and 399. When I questioned them about this discrepancy, the staff became extremely rude. Instead of explaining the price variation, one of the ladies started shouting at me like a rowdy. It didn't stop there. Another staff member fabricated false claims, and the situation escalated when some male staff started behaving aggressively. They raised their hands, pushed us outside, and treated us with zero respect. The entire team, from the stylists to the other workers, displayed unprofessional and hostile behavior. This salon lacks basic customer service, professionalism, and honesty. No manager was present to address the issue, and the staff clearly didn't know how to handle a simple haircut, let alone interact respectfully with customers. I do not recommend this place to anyone--whether male or female. If you're looking for a safe and professional salon experience, stay far away from this place.

I'm so impressed and can't wait to go back! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their clients. If you're looking for a salon that will make you feel like you are in right place, look no further .

I had visit this place yesterday for haircut. They told 800 for layers nd if you want hairwash additionally 300 will be added. But, in tarrif nothing mentioned like that so I'm asking but they dint response well. Nd both two girls not speaking well really worst behaviour. I never seen in any other salon like this behaviour nd treated client like this.worstttuuuuuuuu

My experience ?? What I could say bad ? No disappointments. Fascinating and good service. The atmosphere is fabulous. Talented and skilled stylists. I mostly recommend this outlet for people who starve for fair hair grooming. Specially thanking my stylist Mr. Prasanna.

I have been going to Prasanna Brother for probably 8 years, Now and I love this place (Zazz Saloon & Academy ). They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They are always very accommodating. Prasanna does my highlights and cuts my hair, and I am always getting complements on the Style . I would have no problem referring "Zazz" to my friends, co-workers and family.
