Anbumani ma'am did a very wonderful service. I did my hair wash , hair cut , Pedi , facial, under eye treatment and eye brow . The service was very excellent and massage was good too. I recently visited Roots and Rouge for a hair treatment as my hair was extremely damaged and frizzy due to a previous straightening treatment. The team carefully assessed my hair condition and recommended a Botox treatment along with a U-cut, which they felt would suit my hair best. Since I was on a tight schedule, I informed them about my time constraint beforehand. They were very accommodating and managed the process efficiently by having two professionals work on the application and ironing simultaneously. This thoughtful coordination saved a lot of time without compromising on the quality of the treatment. I am so happy with the results--my hair looks healthy, smooth, and manageable now! High pricey. I took Signature pedicure which they said will have massaging session with it. While others will not. But the massage didn't even done for 5 mins for each of the legs. When asked they said, since the skin is dry the moisturiser will be absorbed for long time massage. Nail polish collection is less and they are of poor quality. Didn't even last for a day. Not gonna visit again

I am giving an update for my previous review. Even after taking several times of service from here I am always satisfied. Especially recently I did a permanent facial done by Ms. Menaka, she did the job so well. Her facial massage makes sure parlor facials always standout even if we do facials n our own at homes. Kaira facial and hair spa was done by her for me, she explained everything clearly and done her best job. They have best services in best price ranges. Happy by the 1st time. Will continue to come here.
