I have been customer from my childhood she is very kind and patient, treats everyone with atmost care. Her service was excellent Waxing, facial, bridal makeup was so good and adorable. I am fully satisfied by her services with 5 star ratings.

Very nice salon.Owner and staff are polite and kind. I did waxing, threading and hair wash . Waxing was done with such care that there was no pain no redness hence experience was too good also my hair was very oil so after wash my scalp was clean and hair became super soft. Overall great experience

Best Service and hospitality is very good. They treat customers very well. The products they use are natural and safe. The parlor is not money oriented. They keep customer satisfaction in first place. They don't cheat anyone with false expectations. They will first explain what is possible then after customer acceptance, they will start their work/service. Also the price is affordable and worth.

I took my daughter for a normal haircut. The aged lady (most probably the owner) was very impatient and has attitude issue, doesn't know how to talk politely to customer. It seems it costs her even to smile and talk to a customer so much attitude. Unevenly she cut the hair, on repeatedly pointing it to her she got irked and said I can't do any better than this and left my kid like that. A month ago for mushroom hair cut of a 2.5yr old kid she charged 150rs, and today she charged 200rs. On telling that last month it was 150, she rudely replied 200rs is what I charge now. Since I pointed her mistakes she increased the charge immediately. She should first learn how to behave then do customer service. Such an irritating experience it was. Another lady came complaining about her treatment, she didn't respond to her also properly, and when she left, the aged lady started talking bad about her with her other staff. This is how you behave with customers??? Totally not acceptable.

Women's are a regular waxing perosn I guess. So i have been there for waxing , she applies waxing too hot, n take it off wihtout holding the skin. I have done chocolate wax lately which i usually have everytime I go for parlours. I don't know what product did she used, my entire under arms got patchy n its not getting removed now. And she infact removed the blackheads Inmy under arms so hardly that entire area got blood red n I had swelling till 3 days . Don't visit this parlour.

Very worst experience i have gone there for eyebrows. Two girls done eyebbrows very worst half of my eyebrows has been cut down and then at the end simply they are saying sorry. Terrible experience
