Beyond - Luxury Salon

I visited Beyond the evening before I left India. I wanted a full facial and I wanted to colour my hair too. I wanted the works! My appointment was at 6pm, and the ladies were ready. I did not finish until about 8:30pm - they did not hurry me, rather gave me a fantastic treatment.

I never take risks with the salon anytime.But to experience the new change went to Beyond salon.The staffs were very friendly and it was an excellent service.Good service with the decent pricing.When i think of salon in the future BEYOND would come to my mind first.BEYOND is beyond your expectations.

I don't know if beyond really wants to promote itself and upgrade ....everytime I go there ,I see only one person working...rest are not to be soon...if she is attending to one customer,she cannot accept another ...today I go there to get a facial at 7 n they denied the service saying it is closing time...when I check on website ,it shows closing time as 8...they have denied very politely but nevertheless it reflects on their casualness and no willingness to tend to the customer...I am disappointed about this...though I have liked the service I got from that single lady there,I don't think step in that salon again due to the above stated reason
