Shalini she made me very happy...a good service...the way they talk and just it's really amazing

(Writing the reply to the reply from salon) It's funny how much they lie for the sake of business. 1. I wasn't offered even water for 3 hrs let alone beverages. Tell me one person asked me! All lies and blabbering 2. Tea tree oil is not expensive mam, LOL! Your staff told me that hair wash was complimentary and wasn't included in the massage. Also she said very clearly that conditioner will be applied on extra charges while washing my hair. I think her name was Lakshmi. 3. Here's the one place that also knows how the customer felt during the service. Fun fact is they claim that they use KAMA. 4. Let's be honest, how do u define cautious?! U had three customers on the same floor. One of whom was undergoing a lice treatment (I knew this coz there was a 5 min long discussion with Shalini from ur side which also did affect my session). I'm least interested in ur customers or talking about them as far as it doesn't affect me! Duh! Now pls read my original review below: Went here for pedicure, head massage n waxing. The head massage wasn't effective n I communicated the same to the person who did mine. The staff were really cordial however on the service front it was not very good. Was there for 3 hrs I wasn't even offered water until I asked for it. The waxing wasn't professional n there were some slow pulls that tagged my skin hard. Super slow as well. I did communicate that it needs improvement. Shalini did my pedicure n for a Signature pedicure it wasn't effective at all. No idea which brand they use, but for a Raaga pedicure (hopefully) 1400 is a bit much. Shalini was sincere but again the massage was a 3/5. Fun fact, the head massage worth 900 doesn't include a hair wash. Though they made mine complimentary! Again I was told that signature manicure covered only forearms! Things I loved: 1. Cleanliness 2. Politeness of staff Things I didn't like: 1. Service in general lacked effectiveness 2. Cleanliness (there was a lady with lice on the parlour n it creeped the shit out of me) 3. Value for money. Too pricey for what they offer. For 1400 I could get a great pedicure at a branded parlour. Overall paid 3250 for these three services n I wasn't a satisfied customer ! They did mention to write review if I was happy. Wanted to let them know that reviews are also for improvement n getting to know their lacunas.

Wonderful service by Shalini and the staff is so pleasing.. I had a hair spa just loved the massage she gave me.. kudoos to the entire staff there will be happy to come for a monthly grooming for sure...

Awesome Haircut by Shalini, the style I requested as she created and I am really happy with the service, eyebrows threading is done by Priya. Its really relaxed feel and she has taken most care to fix my shape properly, Thank you so much guys

I went to get my eyebrows threading and they had time for me right away. The owner Dhivya did a fantastic job. I also had a pedicure done by Shalini I really enjoyed the service they did the work professionally and they explained me properly about the service ambience was good.

Had hair spa, manicure and pedicure at moderate price. Both Shalini mam and Priya mam were very polite and professional.. Had valuable time over there.. loved it.. but the next day I had my skin peeling in my hand.. service is good. But I think the chemicals used is hard in some people. So better check with that.
