Despite this, she insists on maintaining this behavior. - Customer Perception: The staff's behavior may be perceived as inconsiderate, with one staff member displaying a somewhat authoritarian demeanor. Given that their salon offers competitive pricing, they must ensure that their service standards meet customer expectations. To address these issues, we recommend: 1. Language Training: Consider providing Tamil language training for staff to improve communication with local customers. 2. Hygiene Protocols: Implement and enforce strict hygiene protocols, including mask-wearing. 3. Customer Service Training: Provide training to improve customer service skills and cultural awareness. 4. I'm regularly trimming my hair & beard at east Tambaram cheap & beast. They are customer friendly and I feel their service is worth for money. I keep Faizan has my personal hair stylist.

I give it a one-star rating because this branch deserve only this. PLS DO NOT GO BY ITS NAME, they actually fool you. This is my first experience from a salon whose rate doubles if the trimmer size is 2 to 1.5 (to lighter short haircut). I mean this is ridiculous and that to they will tell after started cutting your hair. You don't have any choice. If you avail more service their behaviour is different. And look at the audocity of the reply to the comments. Looks like they are scolding back to the customer without even accepting and assuring better service. I think the owner should take some serious step towards this. There are numerous salon around and they are giving better services with respect to their customers @ Rs 99. Again not happy with the behaviour.

This particular branch has worst the service in all of east tambaram salons. This branch should be named as "Costly and Worst" rather than "Cheap and Best". 150 for a haircut but 200 for a fade hair cut. The attitude of the vadaku nanbar who cuts hair is every rude. Overall a poorly maintained salon.

These people will do every bit to make you look handsome and smart. Armaan was my guy for that day, he did a womderful Job by giving the best shape and trim to my beard, super hairstyle.
