I recently had a hair botox treatment at ChillBreeze Selaiyur, and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. To begin with, the person who performed the treatment seemed to be a trainee, which I wasn't informed about beforehand. I believe trainees should not be allowed to handle expensive services like this. There were three staff members present, but they spent most of their time chatting among themselves, laughing, and making jokes, which was very unprofessional. They were also making comments about other customers, which made me feel uncomfortable. The service was slow and frustrating. I had to remind them multiple times that the waiting periods between applications were over. Instead of the typical 2-3 hour treatment, it dragged on for over 6.5 hours, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the results were not even close to what was promised. After spending so much time and money (I paid 5.5K for this treatment), my hair doesn't look any different--it isn't smooth or straight as expected, and the ends still have frizz. In fact, the picture I've attached was taken on the same day before washing, and it shows that the treatment wasn't even done properly. The salon itself seems poorly managed. I had trouble with the appointment system, as the phone bookings are handled by a different person, and the staff frequently asked customers to come back the next day, which is very inconvenient. When I complained about the botched service, they offered me a hair spa as compensation, but that too was equally disappointing. It felt more like a regular hair wash than a spa treatment. They didn't even use a steamer, and when I noticed that one client was receiving a back massage, I was told nothing when I asked why I wasn't receiving the same. Overall, I regret spending my time and money here. The experience was frustrating, and I would not recommend this salon for hair botox or any other service. It's clear they need better training, management, and customer service to handle expensive treatments properly.

I loved the way they paid attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the service. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely be returning. Botox nd colouring done by kalai akka she is very kind nd humble she did her service very well with polite attitude and also she did the job very accurately. Thank you kalai akka. And also Gayathri akka and another akka I forget her name but she did pedicure very calmly her service also very nice.
