Very bad experience. They are understaffed, and don't value your time , they make you sit for hours just to get an eyebrow done , also very money minded, will focus only on customers who pay high price and get services done. Pathetic experience. The staff don't listen to your needs , they just want to get the job done that's it , customer experience doesn't matter to them.

Worst . No professionalism . They charge equally , as other parlour , and no satisfaction . I totally regret for my haircut . they don't know have any knowledge abt haircuts .

Great place for hair spa. If you want to make your wife happy take her here. Little costly. But service wise great. I took my wife to take split ends. They charged 500 rs for the service and very neatly done. Looks great and good. And for hair spa hair cuts also good only.

Extremely unprofessional and money minded. They don't have a standard rate card. Quoted a price at the beginning of the service and billed an higher amount later. Don't recommend this place at all anything other than eyebrow trimming.
