Envi Salon & Spa - ECR, Injambakkam

I had a bad experience when I stepped in for 2nd time at envi salon Manager Vignesh called me and apologized for the incident and gave me appointment and had given me the exact service which I had experienced on my first visit with discount as well thank you Mr. Vignesh and Hair Stylist Mr. Rishab has given me a wonderful and thanks for solving the problem immediately Must Visit Envi Salon... and please don't keep without experience person in receptionist as well..

Envi Salon was a complete letdown. The overall environment was messy, poorly maintained, and far from what you'd expect from a professional salon. The place looked unclean, and nothing about it felt inviting or comfortable. Despite having an appointment, the service was delayed with no explanation. The setup was chaotic, and the equipment didn't look properly sanitized. The entire salon gave off an unprofessional vibe that made me question the quality and hygiene of everything being used. The end result of the service was rushed and poorly done -- not worth the price at all. For a place that presents itself as a quality salon, it failed on almost every front. I would not recommend Envi Salon and won't be returning. There are far better options elsewhere.

I did my hair spa . It was incredible good . My scalp feels great and my hair feels smooth. I highly recommend hair stylist pavan . His head massage was very relaxing. Had great experience. Very relaxing.

While other services are fine here, the nail services are pathetic. The person who does that do not know either English or Tamil. He did a very bad job and I ended up wasting my time and money. I had to remove it and redo it. After discussing this with my friends, one of them already had a bad experience with the same person. In spite of her escalating this issue to the management, nothing has changed. So please do not go there for nail services

I absolutely loved the work by Samrat and Jenny at Envi ... got my cats eye gel nail polish done - very professional yet friendly ..very neat job an loved my time with them ... felt pampered and highly recommended this salon to everyone on ECR

Great salon ,service is excellent staff are very kind and well behaved . Even the owner is very sweet and kind . Have been going there for the past one year ,and never regretted even once . Must try salon in ecr .

First time I went here i was happy with the service but, after paying for all services they said we have student discount and that I could avail it the second time i came in. Second time I went, i called and confirmed if there is a student discount and reconfirmed it through call. So I went there waited for almost 30 mins for them to tell that it is only available for first time users. I don't understand the logic here, last time they didn't know I was a student, now that I took my id card they immediately said it's not possible. Their service might be good, but when I t comes to discounts or offers, it's a scam. It's better to just say there is no offer rather than trying to pull the customer in and waste their time. Very disappointed in their behaviour. For sure will not be visiting this salon and will not recommend as well.
