Had a very relaxed experience. The place takes in customer on appointment basis... So that way they focus only on you. You truly feel pampered and relaxed. Valarmathi made me feel very comfortable and is very good at her job. I also got a haircut done though I wasn't planning on it. And she did a fab job! Charges are affordable. Place is clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend it.

Need to ensure time is met. If there is no connection between hair dresser availability qnd appointment booking then it's not helping. Booked appt for 9:10 and when called asking to come after an hour clearly shows value for customers time. What if I had gone there without calling ?
