We recently visited for my wife's haircut and facial, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Sangeetha did an absolutely fabulous job in understanding and fulfilling her hair care needs. The results were beyond our expectations, and my wife was thrilled with her new look! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the visit. They went above and beyond to assist us in every possible way, creating a truly enjoyable experience. While the prices may be on the higher side, the exceptional quality of service and attention to detail make it completely worth it. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch hair and beauty services. Kudos to the team for their amazing work--keep it up!

Prem did an amazing job with my haircut. He took the time to understand what I wanted and executed it perfectly. The attention to detail and precision were impressive. My hair looks great, and I've received so many compliments. Definitely coming back.

Got a round layered cut done for my mom by Mr. Arul who's been a creative director in this branch. He has done a fantabulous job and the hair looks super bouncy and voluminous. He owns the real expertise and we are totally contented and pretty much happier with the service.

Had an amazing experience at Toni & Guy! The stylist, Prem, listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut. I also received a facial treatment from Shankari, who analyzed my skin type and recommended the best treatment. She explained each step of the process thoroughly. The staff was friendly, and the ambiance was relaxing. Highly recommend!

Visited this saloon today, very much impressed by the ambience and the infrastructure. Mr.Ilamparithy was very friendly and courteous, be it his wide smile greetings or his explanations, were so wonderful. Mr.Arul the stylist who attended me is a true pro in his craft! He is a so calm and cool gentleman who understands our requirements in no time and works it out so well and brings out the end result with great finesse. I am happy to be a customer in Toni &Guy Madambakkam for sure. Missed taking pics to add here however will do that in the subsequent visit.

Arun did a wonderful job with my hair spa and haircut. The massage was very relaxing and his experience shows. The haircut was exactly what I wanted. He understood my needs very well!

Never ever go. The stylist doesn't even understand what was asked for. I was given a Top Stylist and he literally screwed it up. I clearly stated and showed what's needed and he did a complete opposite. The hair was standing like needle and the sides he completely zero trimmed, the photo I showed had sides till the end of ear. Clean shave again he zero trimmed but could see it's not zero trimmed. Complete screw up job for the amount they are charging. Naturals Madambakkam is far better Earlier they used to do a better job but with some changes it's not the same. Don't claim I didn't visit. You can check your bill for 09/15 at 4:24pm checkout. [Update] You could see it for yourself whether the sides are there or not. Stylist didn't say for side he is fading only for beard he stated. Moreover do you want me to fight when all is done. I said just "OK" didn't day I got what I came for. Moreover coming to stylist like Toni and guy the expectation is suggestion and if it couldn't be done I would have agreed but saying it could be done and doing it completely wrong is not acceptable
