I had a fantastic experience at Toni&guy Taylor road .shanker did an amazing job with my haircut and blow dry he was attentive and the results were stunning! I also had my eyebrows done which was shaped perfectly. Highly recommend this salon for excellent service and a great atmosphere!

Asked for a low fade, clearly explaining to the 'senior stylist' and also by showing three pictures of my own previous cut. He didn't have a clue what he was doing, he cleared half of the back of my head. He simply didn't know the basics. Ruined my look for professional purposes. The creative director then took over and tried to salvage something but not before unprofessionally remarking that I shouldn't ask for such a cut if I have professional commitments. Absolutely absurd and horrible. The term 'senior stylist' is what they call the junior most barber, it's the entry level designation. Misleading and incompetent. Can easily recover compensation through a consumer claim.

Kushma from taylors road had done an excellent job in pedicure and facial. She was very patient, sweet and performed every service with atmost dedication despite not having lunch until 4pm. Shankar did an amazing blowdry.

Recently visited this place for a haircut and facial it was a very professional and satisfying experience. The hairstylist Bindu was very courteous and did a perfect job, and so was beautician Kushma my face felt really refreshing after a really tiring travel. Overall highly recommend this place.
