The overall experience was so good. I had my service my Teresa Mam, she was so gentle and careful doing each process. I would love to prefer her for the next appointments. The front desk people were also so professional which was evident from their communication and service.

I recently got my haircut done by style expert Rima, and it was a great experience. She was very gentle throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable at every step. Rima was friendly, engaging, and had a warm smile the entire time. I really appreciate her professionalism and the care she put into her work. I absolutely love the hairstyle and would definitely recommend her.

Had some time to kill and visited this place yesterday(May 6th, 2025) to thread my brows. So many visible wounds as you can see in the picture, uneven shape and width. Each brow is in a different shape and more threading was done on one side. Now, you may say I could have asked them to even it out but I already have very few eyebrow hair to lose. After a threading service, they normally brush the fallen bits of hair off the face but I had to do that myself here. They just said done and walked away. Checked the reviews before visiting and it had a 4.7 star rating. The service was not proper. I paid Rs.65 for the fresh wounds. No bill was given. I don't know how they even have this rating. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a pleasant experience on my first visit here. Got a haircut & hair wash. The staff were very friendly and took good care. Went on a weekday morning and the place was empty. Hopefully the care and service be the same on weekends too. Will update Cheers guys.!!
