I've been visiting this salon for over 2-3 years maybe more, and honestly, it's been a love-hate relationship. Booking an appointment here feels like trying to get a visa to Mars. always fully booked, no matter when I call. Every time I try to get a slot, the response is the same "Sorry, we're busy." Seriously? What's more frustrating is the constant stylist shuffle. I've never had the same stylist for more than 3 months. Even when I finally find someone who gets my hair just right, next visit they're either "busy" or gone! It's like musical chairs, but with scissors. To the management: please consider allocating more staff to this branch. And maybe give your regulars the luxury of consistency it's exhausting to explain my preferences every single time to a new face. I've never written a review before, but I'm doing this in the hope that it helps your business and spares other loyal customers the same frustration. Please fix this we want to stay, but you're making it hard!

Here I got the best service done from Suganya for my daughter Suganya provided a perfect hair cut and I had a good experience.

This green trend is good at ambience, atmosphere, hygiene,parking .... But getting a price of rs 540 for a 5 year girl baby is like an atrocity and too much.. This is not Anna nagar or besant nagar.. Thiruvotriyur is a kind of mixed and rural zone.. Fixing the right price is very important here.. New players like mckingston,Tony guy,naturals,socio barber and many more outlets performing well in this area... Service in green trend was good but at what cost...CEO SHOULD rethink this strategy... The one who think like in a different way could only succeed in this competition like one plus and nothing phone.... Instead of membership traps ,they should re invent their new strategy... membership and all an old stereo type policy like naturals... Just think like Elon Musk.. Mark my words,plenty of chain outlets are coming soon.. Even in Sunday,Even in a peak hours,if your shop is empty...it means CEO SHOULD PLAN IN A DIFFERENT WAY AND IT IS TIME TO restructure the price.... For this zone....price is too higher...even saloons owned by individuals are crowdy... Even apple is changing its selling strategy... I was very sad of giving an unjustified cost to this outlet .....
