I joined kolors porur in the month of August 2023 and paid one lakh fifty thousand for cryo . They did cryo in the month April 2024. During cryo they asked me to pay additional 20000 rupees and I paid that too. After cryo there was no change. From kolars they called me and enquired. I told them that there was no change. The therapist asked my phone and she herself gave the rating as 5 star and wrote Therapist Banu is good. But actually she is not. She told me there is fluctuations and asked me to pay 5000 fir full body massage. I can say that it is cheating business. Only wasting of time and money . Don't cheat like this. Pavithra was the one who explained about cryo. There is no use. Utter waste. Banu worst therapist. Don't cheat people like this.
