Though the price is budget friendly, the lady sitting at the front desk is so rude. I have been years to this place but the experience I had today is awful. I had to walk in today for threading as I was in a rush. When I went to pay them the lady at the front desk refused to get cash and asked me to pay the exact amount and once I said I don't have change, the lady started yelling in a rude tone. There was another person standing next to me with same thing and the lady was like "if you want to come here for threading you are allowed only if you carry change, else don't". Seriously? It's basic manners to treat your customers politely and what you find difference between people paying you thousands bucks and hundred bucks. Everyone needs to be treated equal. Never recommending this place for people who prefer self respect. "The Boss Lady" if you're reading this please have everyone respected in a polite way.

Highly disappointed. Very very pathetic service. Went there in pouring rain, for an urgent threading. The 2 ladies sitting at the front desk was least bothered and told that i need to wait for 1 hr. Beauticians were sitting there simply and still i needed to wait. Pathetic. Will never recommend.

It's good parlour.. economic.. however the pack they using are same even u choose oxy, silver or gold.. you can choose this parlour for eye brow trimming, hair cut, pedi curi, waxing etc.. but I personally feel they cheating in facial. Update: Post Corona Nowadays the service going down. Many serviced staff left the parlour.
