Asked for a haircut and cut it very short. One side was long and one side was short and it was not the layers I wanted . Now had to go to another salon and pay again. Avoid haircut. Small basic stuff this place is good for. Had got a pedicure done and they had 5 colours of nail polish choices. Don't have too high expectations.

I went for a haircut asking to do soft layers, only in the front & not to reduce the length i had my hair below waistline till butt. What i got was extremely terrible haircut which is uneven ugly haircut on both sides also 3/4 of my hair is gone. I dont even have palm length now. Terrible experience & never ever going to this place again. Train ur staff or just remove haircut from your list. I would rather pay huge & get what i want in another salon by than giving my hair here next time.

I had hair cut and hair colouring with Manju. She did an amazing job. If u r doing it for the first time i would suggest you to do it with her. She understands our concern and she did a perfect job.

Well a nice quaint parlour admist this busy street and residential colony. Very well made and beautiful interiors. The owner walked past without any bothering if a client has been waiting for almost 2 hours. Rather he chooses to send his acquaintance for the services.. The AC in the waxing room was just not one bit cool, forget chilled. The stylist and I, both were terribly perspiring. The front desk takes an appointment, not knowing their staff schedule. Such is the case. If you have a walk in client, you first check with the already booked appointment before taking any step... Absolutely disappointing and unprofessional. The only good thing was the stylist, Manju, her service was very good and a polite girl. She is the only reason for this 2 star rating. Though the owner apologized at the end, but the damage is done!!!

I was referred to this place by a close friend of mine. I got my hair cut done by Ms. Usha and I must say, she had done an excellent job. I'm extremely happy with the service. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again

I am writing this review for the owner and not for the public. Today went to the salon for a layer hair cut. Since I had dandruff they told me that they cannot cut my hair which I felt was okay because each salon has their own rules. Later I did cut my bangs alone. I asked them for face bleach and they told that the product is not there. Then I asked for a de tan and the girl again refused saying that detan will not improve my skin colour and I won't find any difference. I have gone to a lot of salons where they make the client to take more services. First time I went to a salon where they were not ready to do anything and all the employees were simply on call and had a lethargic behaviour! I felt very bad for the owner because even I own a business and was scared to see employees who were so careless and creating bad name. Coming to the most important things ---- Payment !!! I went to the cash counter to pay and the lady told me to wait and she went inside to speak call. Then again I asked another lady about payment and even she dint get. The woman who did service to me also dint get the payment. Finally I came out without paying. Felt pity for the owner. Keep an eye or it's difficult to run business in this competitive world.
