Such a pathetic service by the lady in the parlour. Before few years the beauticians were all experienced, did the job very well. But now the service is not at all good. Went for doing eyebrows and forehead, the lady who attended plucked the hair one by one, even after me telling to not change the shape of the eyebrows n take only the extras, she did the eyebrows very thin. I spent extra 1000.rs to buy the brow pencil to attend the wedding the next day. It is better if they close the parlour. The complaint no which was given is another story. She has never attended the call. Very very bad parlour. Not even worth a single star.. Ladies plz avoid this parlour at all costs.

I did layer cuts and eyebrows. I loved how both of them panned out. The welcome and ambience was great. Will definitely recommend this for everyone.

monalisa beauty parlour is my daughter's family saloon . The owner of the parlour is very grateful man he encouraged my daughter's in sports when we came for my daughter's haircut last time , now also we continue going to the Parlour staff are also very kind and cutting stylish short haircut that we like it and it's very comfortable to my daughters while doing the sports activities THANK YOU!..

Sufficient staffs are not available during weekends. When we get in for offers they simply said not able to do.

Worst salon I have ever visited went for hair wash they are insisting to buy a towel from them which I have not come across any salon and no hot water facility itseems that too in this cold season.I think the working staffs are deliberately avoiding customers bcos of their laziness few of my friends also reported the same May the concerned owners take this into account seriously

Wrost experience ...there is no knowledge staff ..they are not clear about the services ....they are confusing the customer ..... Staff also changing ....

Made the mistake of accidentally trying this place. It is Very dirty, they don't have the necessary items to perform the service, keep sharing tools between clients without cleaning or sanitising and do a very shoddy job.
