I visited Mudhra salon yesterday.... Its was amazing experience the staff too friendly and cooperative ensure a comfortable experience I get coloured my hair as well botoplex....and skin treatment also high preference one. The ambiance also too nice Highly recommended

I visited Mudhra Luxury Salon today for a Hydra Facial and Skin Polishing treatment. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the mark. The salon seemed understaffed, with only one person attending to all the clients. This led to a delay in my treatment, and the service was not satisfactory. While the treatments themselves were decent, the overall experience was marred by the lack of attention and care. I expected a more personalized and attentive service. Perhaps they were just having an off day, but I hope they take steps to improve their staffing and service standards

Will very much recommend this saloon for its highly skilled stylist and its customer friendly environment. Personally was very happy with stylist Karthick's way of treating clients politely and his attention to every single requirement from client side. Was very happy with the output as it aligned exactly with my expectations. Must try saloon spot if you are looking for a pleasant customer experience.

Guys, I ve edited the review now, I ve done haircolour and keratin here 2 months back. The colour vanished in just 1 month and keratin left the hair in 1.5 months.. I got the old texture of my hair now even though am using the same shampoo and mask which they advised to do. And I lost almost 50% of my hair now. Dont know what u guys have done to my hair... such a pathetic experience. Worst guys, I will never recommend anyone to visit ur salon henceforth. Paying almost 20k. And receiving this kind of services?? Money looting business..

1 star (only because I can't give zero) This was hands down the WORST salon experience l've ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping. The place was dirty, disorganized, and looked nothing like the photos online. I asked for a simple service and they completely butchered it - like, shockingly bad. It honestly felt like someone with zero training was just experimenting on me. When I politely tried to express my concerns, they got defensive and dismissive, like it was my fault. I left feeling frustrated, ripped off, and embarrassed. If you care even a little bit about your appearance, your money, or your ti + - STAY FAR AWAY from this place. Absolute nightmare.
