God a heel peel treatment , pedicure and manicure for the first time and i was satisfied with the service of Mrs Divya who was very patient and kind in doing all the steps. My heel is clear just after the procedure and I loved all the service.

Such an unprofessional lady Mrs.Priyadarshini who has taken the 100% payment also who boasted about her experience and extraordinary service but never turned up for the bridal makeup up. My cousin paid about 55 thousand for 2 sessions of makeup to be done by her and paid an additional 5000 as it was out of station in our native inspite providing all travel and accommodation services by us. She informed us only in the morning that she has missed the train last night. She had switched off her phone and spent a night peacefully sleeping in her brother's house rather than making alternative plans to reach the place for her work. She didn't even have the basic courtesy to keep us informed. Later in the morning She informed us that she will try to reach before eve then informed that she is trying to get some transport (she has to travel from Chennai to Pattukkottai), then informed that she is trying to come booking any acting driver. Later informed us that she will be coming the next morning and the person who was supposed to assist her make up whom we had not even seen before with her during the trial make up will do the reception make up if we are not satisfied she will be there for the morning make up which was totally unethical. Also she didn't come or even inform us that she is not coming in the morning. This has affected the bride and our whole family very badly. She had literally cheated taking the money and not doing the job.

I had facial done by Ms.Ananthi. She is very talented and humble, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the facial. My skin felt rejuvenated, and glowing after the session and i feel very relaxing and happy . Highly recommend to Ms.Ananthi. Thanks to Naturals & their staff Alsa mall shopping complex, Egmore.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Mrs. Priyadarshini, who was booked for bridal makeup by my friend. Despite receiving full payment, she failed to show up for the event. she sent only her assistant as she missed the train. she claimed she would find an alternative way to reach the venue, but she didn't arrive. Given the venue's accessibility, we had expected her to explore other transportation options. The last-minute no-show caused stress on the bride's special day, leaving us with no option but to scramble for a replacement.
