Very worst service they provide for keratin.at the begining of the service itself they asked to pay (we would have discontinued if I didn't pay), afterwards I suffered lot with eye and face irritation, burning. they used very worst product for this treatment . But no one cares about this pain that i had. also they didn't provide any instructions about the product.they results of the treatment also very bad.not recommendable for keratin .not worth for money.very disappointed

I have done my hairspa and haircut i was completely satisfied with the results. My Stylist was Leela she really good she understood what i exactly wanted and was super gentle with my hair

Need to improve infrastructure, no proper pedicure station, towels are very old that it is very rough as sack , but ther services done by divya was very nice

Service is still good but the ambience is deteriorating day by day. Naresh is a go do person who can provide various services in good and nice manner. Receptionist is also polite. Other staffs are also polite. Need more improvement on the interior. AC is not working but the charges what we pay is inclusive of AC. Chairs can be replaced as when we stretch our necks for some of the services there is no proper support under the neck and it started to pain after sometime. Overall much more improvement needed on the interiors.

Today 08:30pm I came with my child for his hair cutting, front office staff said, except one staff all other staff left for the day , pls come back tomorrow morning. Since Office time shows 10am to 9PM we came , but didn't get service. As a regular customer to naturals, got disappointed. Need to improve the facility.
