I'm usha from Karaikudi.doing bachelors programme in cosmetology. Very well training centre. Because my trainer talented person. Very good teaching. Atmosphere are superb. I am happy and proud of the Naturals Academy student.

Very worst interaction by the manager Sony, she is very rude while talking, she is not at all listening to what we are saying. Her behaviour was very bad when we came for enquiry. She is arrogant while answering. She collected token fees of 2000 by pressurising us she didn't inform that amount will not be returned if we didn't join the course. Now when we asked to cancel the admission and give the money back she is telling she can't refund the money in a rude way. She is telling that 2000 is not at all a money and why you guys are creating so much of scene for it. Which is not at all a right way to speak with the customer. I request everyone to be conscious before paying the money.
