I am not feel good after the hair cut. Poor customer service and they only cut for 15 mins for a person, they are not worried about the customer satisfaction. I don't think they has a policy about 15 mins per person. They are not at all listening the customer queries and type of service that needed by the customer.

An average salon,full of north Indian guys,don't know even basic cuts for children and adults,hello owner I knw ur running a chain of salon,teach ur employee about some basic etiquette..Simply a worst salon..Dear Puzhuthivakkam people avoid this salon for ur own sake otherwise u will regret

Unhappy with head massage time I am a very regular person to this salon at least 30+ times and have taken head massage 10+ times . They head massage is done only for 10 mins where as in other similar salons ( like green trends) it is 30 mins . Pls consider this feedback Otherwise am happy with there service here , staff are good . Jus unhappy about mssage and since I know these people well unable to tell them face to face

Less than one star...the r not professisonal...but prices are verh high like professional salloon....

Salon ambience is fine. Owner is so friendly, run by professionals at economical ND affordable rates.
