Purple (W) Beauty parlour

My friend referred me to this parlour and I had an amazing experience getting a hair cut and facial. The staff are extremely skilled and flexible. This is the best parlour in this area in this price range.

I visited this parlour for a HydraFacial treatment, but the experience was far from satisfactory. Before proceeding with the HydraFacial, the technician applied a detan treatment. To my shock, she added bleach powder without informing me. During the application, I felt a burning sensation on my face and asked her if bleach was used, but she denied it. The next morning, I noticed that my facial hair had turned gold, clearly indicating that bleach was applied. I immediately contacted the owner to report the issue, but she denied everything and refused to address my concerns. When I tried to follow up, my calls were ignored, and I was eventually blocked. It seems this parlour is more focused on making money than providing proper services and customer care. I strongly advise others to avoid this place. Such unethical practices should not be tolerated, and I encourage customers to take action against parlours that engage in misleading or harmful treatments.

They were referred by one of my colleagues and finally I'm happy that I got a best parlour for all my groomings. The staffs and the owner are very friendly like family. They provide a service that I have not availed even in other renowned parlours. And it's cost effective and worth the money you pay. I stay far away but I visit Purple (W) Parlour only since about 7 years even for a simple grooming as I don't find the satisfaction of services in any nearby parlours.

Good parlor service is Pallavaram I'm a regular customer for past 1.5 years and their service is too good especially on the pedicure I loved it Their approach to customer and hospitality is really good For people like me with sensitive skin you can get threading done without pain here . I never seen a parlour like this who charged 1/3 amount by not even completing full facial. Cheated and hurted alot.

Budget friendly parlor in and around pallavaram. I have taken almost all services from hair cut, spa and coloring, waxing for the past 2 years. Would definitely recommend if you looking for a cost worthy parlor.
