Worst experience. Went for hair smoothening and the very next day itself it turned out curly and frizzy. When enquired they complain my hair is frizzy and so the treatment didnt work. Very poor service and staffs doesn't understand english/hindi/tamil and they keep talking among themselves in their language and keep laughing if we enquire about any service. Worst parlour experience ever.

Additional money for detangling hair. Never visited such a parlour that charges additional 200rs for detangling hair knots. And very unprofessionally,All of a sudden during billing asked to pay 700 for a hairwash cost of 500 without no prior information.

Staff are good, very innocent, only can communicate in English, but they are young and need to learn more efficiency in their job, as they are less experienced, but as per cost good service. If they gain knowledge about techniques and pressure they can play well.

Very bad experience with hair cut after washing my hair and making me sit for haircut, the person told me hair stylist is busy right now and asked me to come some other day. The worst ever could happen to anyone.

Visited thrice first two times there were experienced professionals but now I do not see anyone the parlor women are not interested in putting effort they do not understand English and Hindi. Did a cleanup no kind of facial massage or scrub was included very bad service. When enquired about makeup if I asked for photos of their work they do not have any. Please do not employ under qualified women and I request the boss to please be present because when you are not there they are not interested in providing service at all. I can see not even a slight difference in my face after cleanup.Waste of money

Hi, visited the salon for the first time. As per my experience the salon employees are cool and they don't know our language. If u explained also they will do what they knows . And did Detan and facial which is before and after pics are same no changes not even see any kind of improvement atleast basic cleanup. Give a try idk for others maybe feel good for me there is no differenc. Thanks
