The service provided was disappointing. The staff appeared to lack understanding and competence. Additionally, there were only two employees, one from the North and the other from the Northeast. They did not understand Hindi or English or Tamil which contributed to the communication challenges. The use of shower to shower talcum powder during the massage was highly unprofessional. Overall, I cannot recommend this establishment for anyone seeking a truly tranquil experience.

Waste of time and money they are just unprofessional workers and try to get your money they dont provide proper massage they just approach you for bed time only and they ask you more money to get that service they charge 4000 for the normal massage for 90 mins if u ask for two girls they provide at cost of 1000extra and then only after 30 to 40 mins reshma the therapist approach you for the extra service and they just forget what they are actually providing and they also ask for more money 3500 for sensual part and then another girl comes for 4000 massage they are just waste of money dont ever go here they will offer you hotel rooms too for fun but its not worth i have wasted my 12500 there just pathetically they serve.. the therapist are seriously unprofessional and disgusting. Never ever visit this spa just waste of your money dont do this. Staff is also not that much good looking its worst. So i also recommend people to not go in this spa seriously its worst in chennai.

Therapist handles your body like washing vessels, frequently goes out with mobile phone during session. you get more irritated after coming. very poor service. language barrier too.
