Studio11 Kilpauk Family Salon

I visited Studio 11 recently for a pedicure and eyebrow threading. The total came up to approximately 1500 (1200 for the pedicure and the rest for brows + tax). While the eyebrow service was neat and well done, I was quite underwhelmed by the pedicure experience, especially for the price point. Here's why: * The nail polish selection was extremely limited--just a couple of blue and green shades and a single gold. I had no real choice but to go with a light blue, which was disappointing. * They used Nykaa Insta Dry nail polish. Now, I have nothing against the brand--it's decent--but for 1200, I expected something more premium like OPI, especially when salons like Toni & Guy (that charge less) use better quality polish. * On the plus side, the nail cleanup and cutting were done well, no complaints there. That said, I personally didn't feel it was worth the price. The lack of polish options and the use of a budget product really pulled the experience down. Verdict: While the service wasn't terrible, it didn't live up to what you'd expect at that price. I likely won't be returning, and I'd be hesitant to recommend it to others--especially if you're particular about your polish and value for money.

I had done hair smoothening treatment recently for the offer price Rs.3000. Service was excellent and satisfied. Without offer,Price was little bit high, 18 percent gst included. Ambience was good. With clean environment.

This salon is running a business without trained professional. I had an important meeting after my service so I couldn't confront upfront. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with their layer cut service. I asked for simple layers with 3inch short from my original length. But the so called stylist cut it so short that I can't do any styling. Never go to this salon for any service. Big looters.

I did botox treatment here, price was reasonable. I totally enjoyed the service provided by Sevika. My hair was very delicate and she handled with care. She also suggested haircare, made sure I if I need something to drink. I recommend this place and I will visit again!

Miss. Poornima did an amazing job, she was so patient and kind in doing the service for me. I did manicure, pedicure, hair spa, facial and de tan from studio 11 kilapuk. I must say it was worth the price and hospitality was very good. I definitely recommend studio 11 for all the beauty and hair services.
