For kids, they have a good set-up. d. Lift service available Best: Hair-stylist Aris was courteous and knowledgeable in his domain. God job Area of improvement: a. Hospitality: It's a service industry, so welcome the customer with a bottle of water (you can offer them) b. Greet them when they enter and thank them for opting for your branch. c. And provide the invoice after every service. As a service provider, it's your responsibility to give the invoice unless the customer says No. I didn't get my invoice for the service which I got. d. Also take time to speak with your customer about other services you offer

Excellent service! I got a haircut from Parameshwari and my mother got a facial, eyebrow threading and haircut from Valli. Absolutely wonderful service and I should say I'm so satisfied with the haircut I got since it's exactly what I asked for! Keep up the good work and we hope we have more seasonal and branch offers too.

Got appointment over phone for haircut for INR 650 but after reaching the salon they told me only top specialist is available and we were charged INR 850. Please keep up your words and don't increase the price once customer arrives at your place, then there is no point in getting an appointment. The haircut was also not that great which was done by top specialist though.

Excellent customer service and loved the haircut given by Aris..he is the best at his job and my kids loved the way he transformed their hair....highly recommend him for beautiful make overs
