I had a very good hair cut & hair style here in Essensuals. I had no idea on what to choose as I had not done haircut for long. Ashok recommended feather cut for me without reducing my hair length and Nikki implemented it on my hair. My hair looks lovely.

I went there for a hair colour. To cover my grey roots and also a global hair color. A very young man started applying the dye at my ends. He clearly didnt know what he was doing. I had to ask him to start by the roots, and still, he went on the back of my head, instead of the front where all the grey hair show... I had go ask him to stop and just rince my hair so I could leave. Do not go there! They pretend to be professionals, but they are not.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. The absolute worst experience ever. The manager/owner of the franchise has absolutely no idea what he's doing

Martin is a wizard with a scissors for wand in his hands. He is very polite and understanding with all my requirements. The very first stylist to give me the exact thing I asked. The environment is also very welcoming and affordable. Overall its a great experience with the staffs.

I had an head massage the therapist Ms.rajeshwari has done a very good work with her hands she took care of my hair in a healthy way also she gave me tips to maintain the hair growth also she suggested me diet plan too i really felt so good and i will recommend everyone to do head massage and hair spa with her .

Essensuals hairdressing at vetuvankenni is one of the best salon in that area. I had my party makeup done for my cousin's wedding and it was absolute perfect. Catherine has done everything that I had requested for. She did her best and it was an comfortable time with her. She was patient and did whatever we asked her to do interms of makeup and hairdo. It was an overall amazing experience. Special thanks to Catherine. Keep up the good work guys.

Worst experience ever had. Frustrated with the service. Took my friend for an hair style, and nothing turned out well. Spent 2 hours for a simple hair cut but no use. Until my hair grows i have to carry this old fashioned look. Dont believe in the positive reviews, its all fake. They charge comparatively high but not worthy.
