Took a Skin brightening facial here. The service was exceptional and the results were much satisfying. Santhosh took good care during process and gave personalized suggestions for better styling. The facility is well equipped & maintained also the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Has good parking space and located on a very accessible place. Will be sure to take service here if visiting Chennai again.

I had a wonderful experience at the salon! I got a hair spa, pedicure, and manicure. Sandhya did an amazing job with the hair spa--the massage was incredibly relaxing, beyond words! Aruna handled my manicure and pedicure, and she did a fantastic job as well. Overall, a truly refreshing and satisfying experience. Highly recommend!

I went for a haircut here today. I've been to multiple Toni & Guy branches before and its safe to say this doesn't even compare. Firstly, they keep pushing you to take their other services, in this case hair spa even when you've denied multiple times. They do the classic your hair is dry trope to rope you in. The hair wash part was so bad my hair wasn't even completely wet before they started shampooing it. And since I rejected all the hair spas and deep conditioning treatment, they even skipped the basic conditioning step. I'm pretty sure they think the customers don't notice this but as a service based salon charging this much, it's a basic ask. As for the price part, they have list of prices depending upon the stylist and no matter what cut you do they just charge you the highest. All of the positive reviews have been asked for. Don't trust them. I've been to this branch once before for waxing and threading. It has been by far my worst and painful experiences. I wax every month from different places so I know when they're doing a bad job. Overall, don't come here. There are multiple other salons around here that charge a little lower but give you much better service. Note: I did like the haircut & Lakshmi was the stylist. But the overall experience is definitely not worth it.

I had a very good haircut experience along with a hair spa treatment, which was done by LUCKY. She performed it very patiently and executed everything neatly and professionally. The haircut was exactly how I wanted, and the spa left my hair feeling soft. Lucky's attention to detail and calm demeanor made the experience even more relaxing. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for quality hair services.

I got haircut for my daughter from stylist Sandhya at the salon. She was very patient during the haircut and suggested ideas to enhance the look of the child. She did a perfect job in a short time and I am very much satisfied with her service. Will definitely recommend her.
