Had a wonderful experience here today with hair stylist Mr Prashant I got botox treatment for my hair I was explained about the procedure before even starting with the same Mr Prashant made me understand the differences between botox and smoothening that made a sense.. Whole process was good and quick than expected.. The final outcome thrilled me Thank you for the best service.

I am disappointed with their service. They charged 2k for just root touch up. Color they applied giving me a lot of itching. I have to go to a dermatologist to recover. Also, they applied the colors on my forehead. Most important when i informed the front bench manager, he is very rude and not even apologized for the situation happened. No invoice given as well. When i asked for the invoice he said slow internet. Its been more than 2 hours now, still i dint get my invoice. I even tolerate the bad service they give, but yhe way the front desk guy treated me not ethical. My humble request to the owner of this salon, please train the front desk guy with some Customer Handling experience. I know the pain of an entrepreneur. Try to get some trained professional rather than opting for unethical peeson like him.

It's not a toni&guy franchise anymore. They're using the name and cheating, you can verify for yourself in their website. All the good stylists left

Taken Hair Botox service, Mr. Sudharshan was very patient and did a good job. I felt the pricing was on a higher level, but it is fine. I would give 4.5 stars.
