I had done my keratin treatment last Sunday. Simply loved the entire experience. Ms. Deepika and Ms. Priscilla were very professional and at the same time affectionate too. They did great wonders with my hair. Was initially skeptical about doing keratin here but my decision to do it here turned to be completely right. Great place..

I came yesterday for a haircut, I'm just truly disappointed. It looked good at the salon but when I came back home and looked at my hair it really looked uneven, did not even look like the cut that I requested for. Even after insisting the stylist please don't not shorten the length of my hair, she still did. The stuff were nice. But you guys are charging over price for the work that is really bad. Now I have to go to someone else to correct my hairstyle. Please guys I request you train your stylists really well. And also reduce the price if you are really being fair.

All services rendered were beautiful and relaxing..! They handle clients with lot of affection.. Deepika will make us feel comfortable and will give tips on how to maintain our skin. Very happy to be urban trend's customer

Customer service is very good. Staffs are very good and kind and services are very good. I took hair spa and facial. The results are good. The place is neat and ambiance is very good.
