I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. Over the phone, I was told a certain price for a simple U-cut. But when I visited in person, the price was almost double. On top of that, they added GST without clearly explaining it. When I asked about the sudden change, the staff member (a Tamil girl) just walked outside and ignored my question, which was extremely unprofessional. For a basic haircut, I was charged over 1200 + tax, which is ridiculously high for the service provided. The haircut was nothing special -- just a standard trim that didn't even look like the U-cut I requested. I also once tried a facial there, which they hyped up saying it would be a complete "changeover." I paid 1400 expecting some noticeable results, but it did absolutely nothing. It felt like a total waste of money, and there was no guidance or explanation about what was being done during the facial. What upset me the most was the behavior of the Tamil staff girl. Not only was she money-minded, but she was also extremely unprofessional in how she spoke about clients. I overheard her referring to an elderly woman as "ava" and "iva" -- which is very disrespectful in Tamil culture. On the other hand, the Nepali girl working there was actually nice and polite, so it's unfortunate that the experience was ruined by one person's attitude. Overall, I do not recommend this salon. The pricing is unclear, the service is average at best, and the staff behavior lacks basic professionalism. I genuinely felt like my money was taken without receiving anything of value. Don't visit unless you want to be disappointed and overcharged.

I visited You and Me Family Salon and Spa for the first time with a colleague, drawn by the good reviews. My colleague opted for a pedicure while I chose a full body waxing. Unfortunately, I felt very uncomfortable as we were placed in the same room for our treatments. A simple curtain for privacy would have made a big difference. My colleague spent over an hour just soaking her feet while the staff member kept leaving the room and even treated another customer in between. I also booked a foot massage, which was very relaxing, and the staff member was attentive. However, this couldn't make up for the overall unpleasant experience. The owner didn't respond to my concerns, which shows a lack of interest in addressing customer feedback. I won't be coming back.

The ambience is good, and I have been getting my haircut here regularly for the past year. The service is excellent, and the prices are much cheaper compared to other spas. Both Gopi and Mani provide a high-class look, on each visit.

I recently visited "you and me family salon" and had a fantastic experience! The ambiance was amazing, and my stylists, Roshna & Chithra were very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. The hair coloring was outstanding, and I'm absolutely delighted with the outcome!
