Bad customer experience ever, reacting rude to the customer, and taking more time to complete the other customers work and ask us to wait for a longer time! I just go to do eyebrows, their attitude is next level, i just said if u talk like this rude with i won't ever come back to your salon! And she just said it's your wish, i don't know what kind of behaviour this is, yeahh I was a regular customer, please if the owner is reading this please educate your works on how to talk with the customer, it's a very bad experience for me, please do talk politely to your customer, I was just talking with my mom, but ur staff just interfering with our conversation its a very bad behaviour, I won't come again and I wouldn't suggest anybody to come!!! Sorry for saying but ur works are really bad with their attitude!!!

Had very bad behaviours from staffs waste of money they are treating like they giving service for free of cost.... Poor management If they broke your salon property means we will accept your words but my child didn't break anything in your salon my child just opened your entrance door only. Please don't lie and please check your surveillance camera. First of all you learn how to behave with kids.

I used to go for naturals regularly in Kerala. I came here for the first time, they said it's a Diva natural not naturals franchise. But seriously compared with naturals they do the best service. Hydra Facial I felt more relaxed and head massage that the lean girl did good service. They showed other services like bridal pics really amazing. Good team

I found all the therapists to be professional, pleasant and helpful. I was pleased with the customer service that I received for my treatments. They maintain hygiene too. I was very happy with all the service they have and you can also relax with a good music while you have your pampered service. I'll definitely be going back to DIVA Naturals selvapuram and recommend to my family and friends. Great experience, very friendly staff, Fabulous service, good ambiance i just loved it great results. Be aware This Saloon Is not a Franchise of Naturals.Its their own Saloon Called Diva Naturals. Naturals Membership will not accept here. We have to get membership in the name of Diva Naturals. Other than that their service is neat and good.
