Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. Their so called stylist completely ruined my daughter's hair. I provided clear instructions, but they didn't listen at all. Instead, they rushed through the appointment and left her hair a total mess--uneven and nothing like what I asked for. It's obvious they cared more about finishing quickly than doing a good job. Now we have to spend more money fixing their disaster. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable!

The service is great. The ambience is good. Staff is polite & caring. The only reason for 4 star is the speed with which the staff works. Save customers time or finish the service at a given time. Be clear with the charges of the service before you begin. Save the customers & yourself getting into any awkward & embarrassing situations. Good luck.

Had a great experience with hair spa by Sakthivel with detailed analysis of hair condition and explanation of treatment and post care.

I did my Botox hair treatment and it was below average. The ironing process they just rushed up. On the crown it's fine but at the back hardly any ironing has been done.

Great service by Kanaka. She's so friendly and warm and she understood my need for the haircut, style so well. So gentle while doing threading. Loved the facial clean up and she surely helped me understand what my skin needs.

Good atmosphere with bunch of amateurs. They don't have experienced persons. Last week Saturday I had the worst experience there they let an amateur guy to cut my hair which is now totally spoiled and now I look like a Bihari Chappri. Hair stylist was basic North Indian guy. Will never recommend this place

Very bad service. I never recommend this branch. I did waxing for my leg 20 days before my skin got superbly dried and had lots of bumps It didn't recover even after 20 days. The service done by the girl is so harsh. I told her to remove the hair slowly, she replied" You came 10 minutes late and my next client is waiting I have to rush up".
