I found the customer service to be really poor, since I being a regular customer I think they took an advantage of me as I've been made to wait more than 15 mins without even a single person available neither at the reception nor at the work place to get an update about my service. Felt really bad as the whole place was almost empty except one stylist as he was busy with his customer. Rest of them were inside and I really feel pathetic about the owner since he has invested a huge amount and such practices may lead to lose customers. Usually, it's my daughter and me who takes the service from them but due their irresponsibility in customer service I feel not to visit the facility any further. People who are really busy and wanted prompt service satisfaction then please don't visit this place, who are all free and have their time to waste then they can definitely visit this place. Also, by paying premium price like almost 800 - 1000 for a haircut, I believe that their customer service needs to be improved a lot.
