I had a terrible experience here. The air conditioner in the waxing room was not working, making the entire process extremely uncomfortable. The service took way too long--4 hours just for legs and arms waxing along with a facial. The staff providing the service were polite and professional, but the manager was completely inefficient. The manager had no idea how to handle customer complaints and didn't know about the billing process. To make things worse, they overcharged me by 600, and it took them another hour to sort it out. Always double-check your bill before paying and verify the total yourself. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they improve their management.

Done my haircut yesterday. Totally not satisfied with the service. The person who did the haircut was not concerned/listened to what exactly I wanted. She was explaining her own thing, this may look good etc., First thing she did only shampooing and Not conditioned my hair. When I asked specifically why she didn't conditioned my hair, she gave her own explanation that hair was thin, it may not look good etc. Her justification was not proper. She skipped the process just because her shift ends and she wanted to leave for the day. Without conditioning hair is too frizzy now. When customer asks what kind of service they need, please get aligned to that. Don't provide service on your own, skipping something.
