Had a head and face shave with a neck and body massage. Clean environment, good customer care and management. Masseur was gentle on the back, neck stiffness could have been better. Overall satisfied. Was expecting a neck rotation /twist but I was not sure if that was part of it. Happy will try again.

Took a hair cut service with them they had done a wonderful job. Thanks to Ms. Deepa.P she was so friendly and polite and the ambience is mind blowing.

Went there for a head massage. One of the worst experience i had in my life. One guy who has no experience at all poured a cup of oil (Navaratna oil) on head which was spilling all around my face, neck, ears. Atlast while doing massage he rubbed his oily hand through my ears and its start twitching in pain. And i stopped in between and washed all over my face and head. I been to many massaging sessions high end and average but i have not experienced this much.He has no idea about how much quantity oil should take for a head massage and how to do it properly without rubbing over cheek and face and eyes. Even head ache has started after these experiences.

Their ambience everything is super great!!!But the service is a 0. Very unprofessional, recently I had a face waxing in their salon and after a day, my skin near the mouth has completely turned brown. It was very painful, and it is now 3 days since I got my face waxed but still it isn't going. Naturals is a complete 0. Wouldn't recommend!!

Worst service. Got my gel nail extensions on Monday. Got it done for my sister's engagement for Wedneday The nail just fell off on Wednesday it started falling off. I have paid 3000 plus GST The nail artist had no proper training. She couldn't do a simple design. She promised it will stay for atleast 2 weeks it was not even there for 48 hours If you people from naturals can't hire a proper trained person for the job then don't provide this service you people have ruined my function. I had to be with going without one nail wasted my money and time by visiting your parlor

I had a wonderful experience in this salon. Deepa is an absolute gem! She gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Her attention to detail and professional expertise truly stand out. I walked out feeling confident and refreshed. I had a good experience at naturals salon. My haircut was by deepa and eyebrow trimming was by shakeela. Both ended up really good. I had asked for minimal layers and my expectations were perfectly satisfied.

I came to the salon to have my pedi and other services. I really appreciate the service given by Ms.Jyothi.She gives an excellent and quick service and also suggests beauty products which suit you. I highly recommend her for all kinds of service.Keep up the good work
