Brought my wife to Naturals Salon expecting decent service, but walked out seriously disappointed. They charged 472 just to cut 1 inch of her hair - no style, no suggestions, no effort. Just a rushed snip. The only thing premium here is the price tag - definitely not the experience. It's clear you're paying just for the name of the brand, not the quality. Any local salon could've done a better job for way less. Receptionist SCAM! Overpriced, overrated, and underwhelming. Naturals needs to step it up or stop charging like they're top-tier.
