I done hair botox treatment at last month and i used products which bought from there only. My money was totally waste.. initially i go for keratin treatment only. They checked my hair and told for your hair botox only suitable.. if you go with keratin it wont be long lasting. But botox will stay 1 year with proper maintenance. But now my hair was changed into my normal hair. I visited there and they ahave told botox only smoothens the hair and they are brainwashing. My hair is not even smooth and straight. They told if you use other products instead of ours then hair will damaged. Then wont be come to us for complaints. I have usef your products only. But its turns normal . My 8k rupees ' totally waste. Give me solution for that. They have posted pictures in insta its all are fake. I will share my hair's current pictures. What shall I do now? Who is responsible for my money? I am getting very angry while seeing my hair every day..... I want solution or i want my money back.

Hello Studio11, Over the past five months, I have been coming here for eyebrow threading services. However, I am very disappointed with the way I was treated during my today visit. You initially asked me to wait for 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting for almost 45 minutes. If you were busy, it would have been better to clearly inform me of the actual situation -- I would have understood. Additionally, I noticed that a customer who arrived after me was given service before me. Even when you told me to wait just five more minutes, I was patient and waited, but it turned into an additional 15 minutes. When I mentioned that I would like to leave, you didn't seem to care. I would like to understand: Is this how you treat every customer? Is this your standard approach to customer service? Whether the service a customer needs is big or small, it's important to respect every customer equally. If you are unavailable, please communicate with us clearly instead of wasting our time. Kindly take this feedback seriously, change this attitude, and rectify these issues -- because it left a very bad impression.

Very happy and good service. Actually this is my first time of haircut had a fantastic experience getting my haircut at studio 11 today! My stylist, Mary was incredibly attentive and really listened to what I wanted. She took her time to ensure the cut was perfect, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. Got my hair cut and beard shaping done with Saravanan today. He was quick, efficient and considerate. He did a great job. Myself and family have done many services here before. We are truly satisfied. The behaviour of the staff and the management has always been welcoming and cordial.
