I recently got waxed, but unfortunately, I experienced a burning sensation afterwards. Despite the staff assuring me it was a normal reaction, I was surprised since I've had waxing done for over 15 years without any issues. The sensation worsened, causing severe irritation and burning under my arm, making it hard to lift. I found the experience extremely irritating and upsetting. Although the staff apologized and suggested creams to alleviate the symptoms, I felt terrible and disappointed."

I don't think their billing software is working. They are charging the same for both membership owners and the normal customers. POOR customer relations.
