I went to do hair color..but totally miserable experience..Hair color didn't change after 3 hrs of applying and washing..they are trying to convince with bullshit reasons. Finally I paid full . They demanded payment for this poor service. They are completely money minded not worried about customer service

I got worst experience. More than 3 year , I'm doing the keratin & smoothening treatment. They said that. For keratin 2999/- tax ( offer price). Total 3450 rs. That is okay for me. I can pay. They are taken the tax amount but not give the bills. And also in my experience this is the one & only parlour ask money (590rs) for the after wash of keratin treatment. Staff was good. That one lady, supervisor or owner. I don't know . She was telling so many excuses. And their keratin procedure also different.

Came here for eyebrow service for a big function. Worst parlour they spoiled my eyebrows I shouldn't have come to this parlour. Telling fake reasons there is no eyebrows hair . Have done eyebrows for more than 5 years never faced such idiotic experience.

Service is very good. Dhanushia mam did pedicure, it was so relaxing and could see nice changes in my legs and priya mam did peel off facial, nice transformation and They are very friendly and giving suggestions based on our skin type.. Thanks for this service

Ms. Latha in Studio 11 did haircut for me she did a great job. I am satisfied. I also took facial and detan that was mind blowing Latha did it so well was able to find a visible difference in face after doing detan it was so relaxing the facial massages relieved all tension in facial muscles i thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Thankyou so much Latha and Studio 11 for services you offered.

Good hospitality and clean. They are using different clothes for each customer and steam washing it.
