Had a wonderful experience at Studio 11! The staffs are skilled and welcoming, and the ambience is clean and relaxing--perfect for a self-care day. I visited Studio 11, Selvapuram for Haircut and got the Korean style cut. The ambience was nice and the staffs were very friendly. Their approach towards the customers is appreciated. Nithil who is the owner takes care of each customers and provides guidance according to their needs. His simplicity and professionalism is valued. Staffs were energetic and enthusiastic which will never disappoint customers to take up more services. I did pedicure and manicure as well and the staffs who did were too nice. Initially, I used to go to Diva Naturals in Selvapuram. The services were good, but there was zero cleanliness, and sometimes I felt like they reused the same towel. I also tried Naturals in Thelugapalayam, but the staff there were very rude. Recently, I came across Studio 11 and decided to give it a try. Ms. Harini was the one who attended to me. I initially went for just one service, but after experiencing her hair spa, I ended up taking 2-3 more services. She is very skilled at her work and communicates well with customers. She doesn't engage in unnecessary small talk and instead focuses on her work, making us feel comfortable. As for the salon, it is very well maintained. The housekeeping staff clean the place immediately without any delay. Ms. Harini also recommended a few good offers. I highly recommend this salon. Please continue maintaining the cleanliness and service quality like this!
