Had haircut and hair wash. Costed me 290rs without membership. Really loved the whole experience. Atmosphere was pleasant and clean. Instruments were also well kept. Liked the hair wash too. Quick and clean. Would definitely come again

Worst service ever! Choosing Naturals for my grooming makeup was the biggest mistake. They charged a ridiculous 9,000 for makeup that didn't even last ONE HOUR! The staff had no clue about my skin type (oily with open pores) and applied makeup like amateurs, just for the sake of it. My money went straight down the drain! To make matters worse, the makeup artist barely understood my language, and showed zero interest in their work. And the final insult? The staff MOCKED ME WITH LAUGHTER as I was leaving! Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. While their haircut services are decent, their grooming and makeup services are a complete disaster. Save yourself the trouble, frustration, and your hard-earned money--this place is a joke.

Recently I had booked for a Hair do & saree draping for the reception and muhurtham. One of the staff named Soumya had done an impeccable service. Her way of saree draping and hair do was so good and I just loved the way she did. She was customer centric and I highly recommend Soumya and thanks much !!
