I had a very clear idea of how I wanted my hair cut and provided detailed instructions. Unfortunately, not only were these instructions completely ignored, but the attitude and response I received were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I expected better service and attention to detail, but instead, I was met with careless and dismissive behavior. I'm very disappointed and won't be returning.
